These auction lots were presented by ex-Sotheby's auctioneer, Edward Rising, on 25th February 2024. All lot's were sold and have subsequently been handed over to their new owners.

Conditions of Sale for the Seller:
Ownership and Authenticity: The seller warrants that they are the rightful owner of the consigned artwork(s) and have full authority to sell them. The seller also warrants the authenticity of the artwork(s) to the best of their knowledge.
Reserve Price: The seller may set a reserve price, which is the minimum price at which the artwork(s) can be sold. If the reserve price is not met during the auction, the artwork(s) may be withdrawn from sale.
Withdrawal: The seller may not withdraw the consigned artwork(s) from the auction once they have been cataloged and advertised without the consent of the auction house.
Settlement: Upon the sale of the artwork(s), the auction house will remit the proceeds to the selected charities.
Indemnity: The artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the auction house against any claims or liabilities arising from the sale of the consigned artwork(s).
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party, subject to any prior obligations.
Conditions of Sale for the Buyer:
Bidding: Bids may be placed in person, by telephone, or by pre-auction bid online as specified by the auction house. The highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the winning bid. All telephone bids must be registered by completing the telephone registration form (included on the website).
Payment: The buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price, including the hammer price and the buyer's premium, plus any applicable taxes and fees, immediately following the auction or within 7 days.
Title and Risk: Title to the artwork(s) shall pass to the buyer upon payment in full. The buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the artwork(s) upon payment.
Condition: All artwork(s) are sold "as is," and the buyer is responsible for examining the condition of the artwork(s) prior to bidding. The auction house may provide condition reports upon request, but they are for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of condition.
Removal: The buyer must arrange for the collection and removal of the purchased artwork(s) within the specified timeframe, at their own expense. All logistical arrangements for lots in the above catalogue will be handled by the art curator after the event via individual liaison.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the sale shall be resolved between the buyer and the seller, with the auction house acting as a mediator if necessary.
